In 1977 production began on the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II. The 2nd generation of this model included changes such as rack and pinion steering, improved front suspension and larger bumpers. Just under 8, 500 cars were produced in its three years of production all fitted with the famous six- and three-quarter litre Rolls Engine and offering the brand’s well-known extreme luxury and comfort. It is reported that just 20 of these models are currently registered on UK roads. This example sits in Moorland Green with cream roof and interior. It has been with its last owner for 24 years. The cream leather interior with black dash and wood veneer trim is in tidy order whilst the body and paint are in fair condition with a couple of the arches requiring some work. The car was last MOT’d in 2006 and has since been in storage. The sale includes a V5C document as well as a large file of history including old MOT’s, parts and labour receipts. Original manuals and a tool kit are also present.
