Early BMW R80GS/ E (Electric start) in original paint with beautiful patina. One German owner from 1982-2019.
The R80GS/ E has always been well maintained. The electric start works on the button and the bike is a pleasure to ride. When riding the BMW you don’t feel that forty years has passed since this bike was delivered new in Germany.
Lots of work carried out in the last two years:
New Heidenau Scout tyres
Silent Hektik electronic ignition fitted
Situ silencer fitted
New brake disc and brakepads at front brake
New rockerarms fitted
New piston rings + engine gaskets
Siebenrock extra volume sump pan fitted
Carburettors cleaned and adjusted by BMW specialist.
Invoices for all work and parts included.
The seat cover and wind screen has been replaced recently, everything else on the R80GS/ E is original.
Registered on current EU registration documents.
