Please note if you've looked at this before in the last couple of days, I've changed the bars to more traditional westerns and taken the sissy bar off but if you preferred it with these on and are interested in the bike I can swap them back. Thanks for looking.
Purchased in 2022 as a running US import with matching numbers the bike is now UK registered with the V5 in my name. The following work has been carried out:
Frame stripped and powder coated, petrol tank and mud guards stripped and repainted with two pack and lacquer, wheels stripped and repainted, alloys polished, carburettor stripped, new seals, choke cable and pull switch fitted, new air filter, forks stripped, new seals and sliders polished, back and front brake stripped, flushed through and new seals fitted, new front tyre Avon Road Rider, rear tyre as new, new horn, new battery and new chrome battery box, new speedometer and cable, new twist grip and cable, new bars, new battery, new chain and sprockets, 4 new chrome foot pegs, clutch stripped cleaned and sorted, valve clearances all checked, new oil and filter, all casings polished. The bike starts, rides and stops as it should and looks/ sounds fantastic, a real head turner, ready to ride and enjoy. On the downside it's got a fin missing on the rear cylinder, hence the price but it's hardly noticeable and can be rectified. Video of the bike starting, running and revving on request. Bike has 12 months MOT,
N. B. It'll be tax and MOT exempt next year at it'll be 40 years old!
