Just arrived with us here at RFH Classics we have the 1975 (P) MGB Roadster that has been substantially restored and rebuild. The car was originally a Rubber Bumper model but has been exceptionally well converted to chrome bumper with excellent gaps to the doors, bonnet and boot and will certainly turns a few heads finished in stunning Ice Blue Metallic. The car was colour changed from Damask however the colour chosen, in our opinion was an excellent choice and the work included a full repaint on the engine bay in matching colour. The interior has been the subject of a very tasteful refurbishment with it now featuring Black Leather Seats, replacement carpets, the addition of the wood dash and particularly nice Black Leather and polished aluminium steering wheel.
Under the bonnet the car has a lead free 1800cc petrol engine paired to a full operative Overdrive for 3rd and 4th. It has been detailed very well under here with the engine block being painted and a chrome rocker cover along with polished carburettor pots. For improved reliability there is electronic ignition and a kenlow cooling fan along with the benefit of having Electric Power Steering fitted. The exterior of the car is finished off with the addition of LED rear number plate lights and the deeper 15 inch Minilite style Alloy wheels with matching Yokohama Tyres which with the addition of the lower chrome bumper suspension gives the car a real presence. The boot of the car now has a full Black carpet set which finishes of the boots very well in an MGB and the hood has been upgraded and now features a zip out rear window.
