Description

Mercedes-Benz presented the new W 201 compact class model series mercedes introduces the class at the end of 1982. The Type 190 quickly received the nickname “Baby Benz”. At first the “new one” was eyed critically and the question “Is that a real Mercedes yet?” was often asked. But yes, because driving dynamics and the best workmanship were immediately convincing. The previous middle class W 123 suddenly looked outdated. An extensive engine family was developed, four-cylinder, five-cylinder and also a six-cylinder were available. From March 1990, the 190 E 1. 8 was available, and with it the time of carburettor engines at Mercedes-Benz was over. The fuel-injected 1. 8-litre engine is economical and agile enough to be a success.

Our Mercedes-Benz 190 E 1. 8 Limosuine has travelled only 79, 000 km. With automatic transmission, headrests, sunroof, radio and electric windows in the front, it is superbly equipped. The paint colour almadia red metallic matches the sporty body. The car is a reasonable entry into the classic car hobby.
