This car was purchased new in Switzerland from Emil Frey SA by Alistair MacLean, the famous novelist who wrote, among other books, Guns of Navarone and Where Eagles Dare.
After his death in 1987 the car was inherited by his son who had the car until we acquired it a few years ago. UK registered in 1998.
The car was running and driving when parked at least 6 years ago, but had a big suspension fluid leak from the pump area.
Needs a full restoration, or may be a great source of parts for another project.
We have the V5. HPI clear. Note, the registration number on the car is not included. It now has an age related plate.
Non-runner, very low due to suspension dropped, but rolls freely and has keys.
