History:

The motorcycle was purchased new by the owner in 1985! At Moto Mader AG in Oberentfelden. They were equipped with side cases and a reinforced front fork with a custom mudguard at the time of purchase. It has been lightly ridden but regularly maintained, with 25, 000 km on the odometer! Always parked indoors. The ignition switch was replaced due to a defect. Proper break-in and services have always been performed. The motorcycle has not been ridden for the past two years. The owner is selling the motorcycle because he underwent knee surgery and can no longer mount the bike.

Appraisal:

Complete and original motorcycle except for the front mudguard. Very good overall condition with minimal corrosion. The engine runs smoothly without any suspicious noises. The seat cover is worn, and there is slight rust inside the fuel tank. The plastic fastening of the left side cover is broken and missing, with a small crack in the cover.

Remove the support and side cases + top case.
Install rear turn signals in their original position with original support (new Kawasaki part).
Remove the front mudguard and custom fork reinforcement. Add a new original Kawasaki mudguard, its support, and all the necessary screws.
Seat refurbished by a professional upholsterer.
Add a new fastening (3D printed) in the left side cover + rear reinforcement at the crack (fiberglass).
Add an MRA windshield similar to the original.

Mechanical:

Coolant change. Mix 50/ 50 coolant/ demineralized water.
Oil change. (Motorex SAE 10W 40)
Filter replacement (air and oil).
Bleed front and rear brake fluid + clutch control. (DOT 4)
Adjust front fork air pressure (0. 5 bar) + rear (1 bar).
4 new spark plugs (NGK SPARK-PLUG DR8ES).
