Description
A 1978 Mercedes 350 SLC, the car we offer has an interesting and noteworthy history. The car was purchased and registered in Italy, then exported to the Republic of Zaire as a representative car for the Italian Embassy in the Presidential Gallery in Kinshasa on 24 January 1979, and imported into Italy with regular customs clearance in 1989. The car then belonged to a well-known international singer, who jealously guarded it for many years. Various maintenance work has been carried out to keep the car in excellent mechanical condition. The black leather interior, headliner, carpeting and door panels as well as the trunk carpet are entirely original first equipment. The bodywork, on the other hand, has undergone a light paint job. Bodywork is very tidy and without any signs of rust or abuse.
