1951 Armstrong Whitley Limousine, Black/ Ivory. West of England cloth to rear of vehicle , navy blue leather to chauffeurs compartment, sliding glass division and excellent walnut wood throughout. Vehicle was fully restored during 1980s, documents and photos with receipts.
Fitted with6cylinder 2300cc original engine and pre selecter gearbox, both having been overhauled during restoration.
History file with photos also handbook and works manual with car.
This vehicle was one of only 125 coach built limousines offered by Armstrong during 1950/ 51, there are only 2 of the original 125 vehicles left on the road. This one was first registered to Sir W G Armstrong LTD in Coventry and used as personal transport at the factory.
