We are absolutely delighted to have just brought this amazing r107 into stock this week . Purchased directly from the last owner who has reluctantly sold due to relocating overseas.
This is has been maintained to an exceptional standard all of its life and includes a wonderful folder of service history including every single mot certificate to confirm its exceptionally low mileage of just 88000 . in the last year alone it has had over £13000 of work including an engine rebuild (it is genuinely one of the best driving r107’s I have owned) a refurbishment of the centre console and a rebuild of the steering box also . Whilst the engine was removed for rebuild a few minor areas of corrosion were attended to in the engine bay and the bulkhead was also inspected to look for any signs or rot/ rust (this is a huge issue on this model and extremely expensive to repair) In addition to this the hood has been replaced in recent years and many other notable large indices that we are happy to talk through with any potential buyer .
It presents extremely well internally and externally and is in one the most desirable colour combinations available of Manganese brown over a cream interior , the carpets have been replaced along with new front seat covers also .
This vehicle has just arrived into stock with us and we were planning on doing do some minor paintwork to make 100% perfect but due to a very busy diary for january we have decided to sell at a heavily discounted price instead .
The paintwork required consists of the following:
Offside front wing has some corrosion above the headlamp which will require cutting out and removing, rear wheel arch also has 2 small “blebs” that will eventually manifest as rust also so will need cutting out too, I would then paint the full side just to get a perfect colour match as the rest of the paintwork is beautiful.
We have also had time to inspect the car on a ramp just before christmas and it is excellent underneath too , there are no previous poor repairs/ welding as 107’s often suffer with and the jacking points, chassis rails, sills and floors are without issue. It’s also worth noting that the majority of the factory sealer is still everywhere underneath and there have been no attempts to re undersea anywhere either
