Mercedes Benz 230 Auto 4 door Saloon. Colour Brown. Registeted in 1977 (R plate). I have withdrawn the private plate and a standard number plate as been assigned to the car.
Engine Size 2. 3 Litres. Electric Sunroof. Power Steering. Central Locking. Air Conditioning. One year's MOT.
39500 genuine miles on the clock. "Three" owners from new. The first owner passed it on to her niece, who had to register the car into her name for Insurance purposes hence three registered keepers. In essence the car has been in two households since new.
Full service and MOT history. The car records include the original purchase receipt from Mercedes Benz dealership in Scotland. When not being driven the car was parked in a garage.
The car has been lovingly looked after and it shows. The interior is like new, it still smells like it's just come out of the factory. No stains, marks, cuts on the upholstery, it's in immaculate condition.
The exterior is in good condition. I had the body detailed when I bought the car and I've has it professionally cleaned and valeted regularly ever since.
The paintwork is good condition, considering the age of the car. It needs attention in following places..
Bonnet - There are small cracks in the paintwork near the windscreen wiper water sprouters. The nearside back wheel arc needs respraying and very tiny rust marks around the edges of the Sunroof. I've had couple of estimates to carry out repairs to the above and they are not expensive. I haven't gone ahead with repairs as I am selling the car.
