1996 JAGUAR XJR6
Just arrived into stock is this extremely genuine Jaguar xjr 6 supercharged .
Finished in Flamenco Red with an ivory interior and dark stained maple trim .
Only 76000 miles from new supported by an excellent service history to include both keys and remotes, all the original documentation including owners manuals, code cards and original service book as well as a wealth of old mot certificates and service invoices/ maintenance . Recently it has had a large service including spark plugs, all filters including fuel filter and a pair of new genuine front shock absorbers .
The bodywork of the vehicle is extremely straight with no noticeable dents or scratches , please bear in mind that this is a 28 year old car and in my opinion whilst it is in exceptional condition there are some minor flaws that you would find upon close inspection . I have done a detailed walk around video displaying these as best as a I can but I am also happy to point them out here as you will struggle to see them in any of the images online. They are as follows: 4/ 5 stone chips to the front grille surround, drivers front door has a small mark in the top of the panel, some minor corrosion to the bottom edge of the drivers side wing , some “pin prick like marks in the lacquer on the bonnet and patch of corrosion on the roof on the drivers side (circa 1cm wide by an inch long) .
The interior is one of the nicest I have encountered in one of these , all the leather trim, dashboard and tactics surfaces are simply like new , overmats have been fitted from new so all the carpets are in super condition too . The only areas for improvement are a slight reconnolisation of the edge of the drivers seat where some of the colour has lifted and the headlining has started to sag as they tend to , both very minor jobs and easily rectified .
It is of course fully hpi clear , we welcome and professional inspection and have workshop facilities should you need. I have inspected this car on a ramp and the condition underneath is extremely good also , it has been previously waxoyl’d in my opinion and all the jacking points are perfect, no wholes in the floors or evidence of the floors having been previously welded which is very common on these x300’s and 308’s
