This excellent value, superbly spec’d Porsche 993 Carrera 4 Coupe six speed manual is finished in Polar Silver with full Black leather trim. It is the Varioram 285BHP engine with more power and torque, and is equipped with a factory electric sunroof and air-conditioning. N120 BNC comes with an incredible service history from new, and has had an impressive no expense spared £18, 000 of maintenance and upkeep with its recent owner of 12 years over the last 8000 miles with Independent Porsche Specialists. This 993 has covered 111, 000 miles and due to its impressive maintenance and history, is a first class example ideal for regular use. Total invoices over the past ten years or so total around £30, 000 and this is over the last 10, 000 miles. The cars previous owners have proven fastidious and keen to keep the car in excellent mechanical condition.
Accompanying a huge extensive file of history are the cars original manuals, spare keys and heavily stamped service book. The car was purchased new by one of the founders of American Golf who in 2004 sold the then leading Golf store chain for £40M. The Porsche was delivered on the 29th March 1996, supplied new by Stratstone (Wilmslow) in Cheshire and the supplying dealer serviced the car at 12490 and 21456 miles. In 1998 Merlin Porsche in Nottingham serviced the 911 at 31771 miles and Lancaster Cambridge Official Porsche Centre then stamped the book at 40838 and 47943 miles in 2000. Since then its been mainly looked after by Independent Porsche Specialists with the occasional main dealer service. Service history in the booklet is recorded at 67516, 72764, 75986, 81131, 86033, 90472, 94032, 97221, 98679, 100471, 101307, 102291, 102999, 103316, 104030, 104845, 106942, 107890 and 110343 miles. Five of the last seven services have been with Strasse Porsche Specialists in Leeds, and other work with its last owner has been with RMP Independent Porsche Specialists in Harrogate and Performance Porsche.
N120 BNC has been known to us for almost two years having previously stored the car for its long term owner. It's a car we are very pleased to offer onto the market and with the majority of Manual Coupe 993 examples on the market at over £70, 000, this car certainly represents great value for what is a beautiful, usable 993 Coupe in a great colour and spec. Recent work on the car includes new lower cam cover gaskets, camshaft cover gaskets, ECU re-conditioning, various hoses, front brake discs and pads, bonnet struts, engine lid struts, new drop link and front anti-roll bar bushes, front suspension strut top units, new damper/ spring units, new drive shaft boots, new drive belts and bearing, ignition lead set and regular servicing with Strasse and RMP Porsche Specialists. As result the Porsche is driving superbly, its feel tight with an excellent road holding, brakes are sharp and with an excellent 3. 6 litre Varioram engine and six speed manual gearbox, performance is exceptional. The car is quick, responsive and fantastic fun on the road. The 993 has had Dinatrol protection underneath and is structurally outstanding, the bodywork and paint are of a very high standard and the interior trim lovely and original clearly showing how cherished this desirable Porsche has been throughout the past 28 years.
