This is my 1979 Bonny T140E Owned since it was 6 months old I used the bike throughout the 80s but it has been garaged over the last 35 years, hence I know that the mileage is genuine. Original untouched engine, gearbox, frame, forks. The only items renewed, are the shocks and rims. This is ripe for a mild restoration, everything is original. Silencers chrome rusted early on so they were painted, still in good nick as silencers, but chrome is not. The engine turns over, but I have not started it, battery was disconnected when it went into the garage. Paint on the tank was redone some years ago, and is in really nice condition. rims have rusted but when I replaced them we replaced with stainless spokes so the spokes are as good as new. Indicators and other bits are all there. My TR6 takes all my time so unfortunately the bike renovation has been constantly put back! The Hagen gas shocks were put on when I started a renovation as were new callipers. I would love to carry on but old classic cars also take a lot of garage time! This will be a great project for someone who wants to get the bike back on the road quickly, and work on it as and when. Everything is there, it just needs some TLC
