Welcome to the sale of my gorgeous Jaguar MK 10 / 420G.
It is in exceptionally good condition throughout and one of the very best available today. There is service history in the original service book from 1969 and 1971 and bills from the 1990s to date. Although now MOT exempt it has an MOT till March 2025 (see pic). It has been regularly serviced every year by a classic Jaguar specialist during my five year ownership from 2019 including the following additional works:-
Rebuilt differential
New Seat belts
Electronic ignition
Complete over haul of braking system
Balanced carbs on rolling road
Headlight upgrade
The previous owner was a retired coach builder who re painted the whole car to a very high standard in masons black over opalescent silver grey and rebuilt the engine in 2017. All the door shuts are excellent and the door cards nice and flat with no ripples. Inside the car is trimmed in red leather which is in excellent condition with no tears. The woodwork is also in excellent condition as is the lambs wool headlining. Everything in the car works as it should and the engine runs very smoothly with excellent oil pressure and no overheating issues and it starts on the button. I drive around 3000 miles a year in this beautiful Jag and it never misses a beat :-) It is extremely reliable having travelled to my Club in central London on several occasions, the south coast, Cornwall and Bicester for the annual Jaguar fest, all from my home in Somerset where I live. It has also featured on numerous occasions in the annual Mendip Run for classic cars which is one of the most prestigious classic car events in the SW of the UK where it has collected a number of awards. The car comes with a huge history file, original hand book and complete original tool kit.

In short you can have complete confidence in this beautiful old Jaguar as if it were a modern car, although everywhere you go in it you will end up in conversation with someone new. It is adored by old and young alike.

I am only selling it because I have bought another classic car.

Yours for £23, 950
