Smart aluminium body XJ6 with an excellent service history and lower than average miles at less than 61, 000. Two owners, and Service book with 16 stamps. Just 740 miles since last service, with plenty of invoices and good history. Excellent cream interior with virtually no wear, clean carpets and undamaged leather. Tidy wood veneer with no scratches or cracking.
A great specification with SatNav, air suspension, 6 speed automatic with sports setting, automatic headlights and wipers, electric seats and remote boot opening. Boot area is clean and dry, with Jaguar 6 CD changer and spare wheel and tools correctly stowed.
Paintwork is excellent, but shows minor stone chips on nose and tiny dent in roof, otherwise body in good condition with glossy black finish.
Alloy wheels are very presentable, with minor marks to rims, tyres show only light wear.
Purchased from Royles of Wilmslow and first registered in September 2004 the first owner kept it for ten years and drove about 45, 000 miles, with all Services stamped in the book. He then sold it to a friend in the same village in 2014 who only covered 1500 miles a year for the past 10 years which accounts for the low mileage. He carried on with the regular servicing, now performed by Cottage Street Garage in Macclesfield, until the most recent stamp in September 2022 at just over 60, 000 miles.
It remains in excellent condition, both inside and out. A fine example of these superbly comfortable and effortlessly quick aluminium bodied Jaguars.
