Extremely rare Volvo 440XI
A brand new MOT (24/ 01/ 2024)
Has just been issued , which required a new exhaust / some welding / front steering arms and the tracking doing too.
It has some advisories of course for its 30 year old age but honestly nothing much at all from what I’ve seen / been told.
It has 4 tiny bits of rust on the bottom of doors (for its age is amazing), 2 original wheel trims are missing unfortunately, wing mirrors are ok but need replacing or fully fixing and for its age a few marks here and there but it’s great I think for its age.
Over the last 2/ 3 years it’s had a brand new windscreen, new brakes, full service, new battery, new water pump + cambelt (most important) and more.
It’s a piece of history , there isn’t any other models like this I have seen on the market and this could be the only one last standing. It’s 30 years old, runs like a dream , been in my family for some years and now just needs someone to add some further TLC to it and enjoy.
It’s in a very rare green colour too, gear box is smooth still, clutch is good and this could be a little project / something to cherish for some time to come.
It’s a Volvo at the end of the day and back then they were built extremely well / bullet proof and till this day has never needed anything major on the car and it’s milage is only at 108, 000 which is superb.
