The Four Door Humber Snipe Tourer has had significant work carried out to make Her a reliable car, we took her to Northern Spain in 2017 and drove over 1000 Kilometre's without issue. Work carried out as follows: New Hood, Hood Bag, Bespoke full Stainless Steel Exhaust, Re-Chromed all Headlamp Brightwork, re-established correct dashboard instruments at a Specialist Instrument Company. Re-lined Brakes, Fitted 6 new Tyres & Tubes, Installed a completely new Wiring Loom to 1930's appearance by Auto Sparks, constructed a new Trunk that holds all weather screens that were reconditioned. Installed a Electronic ignition on a re-conditioned Distributor by the Distributor Doctor. The Car creates Great Interest and smiles as you drive along the road and has won many Prizes at Car Shows. The Red upholstery is in excellent condition and is extremely comfortable, we have added a Auster Wind Screen for the rear passengers comfort. The car starts on the button, drives well and has a four speed non-syncro gearbox with reverse.
Twin reversing spot-lamps have been added for safety.

I wanted a rare English Tourer that was a project car. I have carried out all the required work to make Her a reliable and safe car that easily keeps up with modern Traffic. The pervious owner replaced the original 3. 5 ltr engine that had a cracked block, and replaced it with a wartime 4083cc Humber engine (the same engine type that was in Montgomery's Staff Car in the Second World War)
It is the envy of other Humber users in the Humber Club as it is a very responsive setup with the bigger engine capacity.
