2007 Jaguar XKR - 4.2 Supercharged V8

NB: The car is not imported, has not been declared a total loss and has not had any structural work - unfortunately C&C doesn't seem to have an option to go back and correct this!

Welcome to the listing for my 2007 Jaguar XKR.

It’s a fantastic car but I have just put an order down for a new Triumph motorcycle, and as I already spend a great deal of the year working abroad, I just can’t justify having two toys!

It has covered just over 134, 500 miles, and whilst this may be higher than some other examples, this is still reasonable considering it's age, plus these cars do not like sitting and are made to be driven and enjoyed! The 4. 2 supercharged V8 is renowned for being incredibly reliable, and much stronger than it's 5. 0 successor.

Specification includes:

- Optional Walnut trim
- Rare Radar guided cruise control (works great, I love it!)
- Keyless start with 2x remote keys
- Heated memory seats for driver and passenger with a multitude of adjustments
- Auto Xenon headlights with delay function
- Auto wipers
- Premium ALPINE audio with 6CD changer

It has been well cherished by myself and it's previous owners, work carried out includes:

- Air conditioning drain hose replaced with latest genuine Jaguar part.
- Cooling system overhaul including new upgraded water pump.
- Transmission service December '23 by my local Jaguar specialist (the proper way, including the sump/ filter assembly)
- Subframes are in great condition (no advisories on the last MOT and confirmed by my local specialist during transmission oil service)
- Supercharger oil has been replaced as a preventative measure (I have a spare bottle & syringe to go with the car)
- All 4 wheels professionally refurbished to perfect condition, and Jaguar ‘Heritage’ centre caps fitted (I think they look great!)
- Matching Falken tyres all with very good tread.
- MOT until September 2024 with absolutely no advisories.
- There is a big file of invoices and service history, the previous owner did a lot of the small jobs himself (such as supercharger oil change) but the most recent oil change (132k) was carried out by an independent garage.

Please be aware that whilst the car presents very well, of course it is not perfect, and there are some points worthy of note:

- Unfortunately the front brake disks appear to have warped slightly even though they are quite new (perhaps rapid temperature changes due to the recent flooding?) this means there is a slight vibration through the wheel under braking.

- Occasionally the display goes blank while driving for a few seconds and then reboots, I've been told there was a Jaguar TSB for a software update to cure this, but it has not bothered me enough to investigate.

- There are marks to the exterior and wear to the interior and drivers seat commensurate with the age and mileage of the car. Please do not expect a showroom example, this is priced accordingly.
