Selling my beloved Mercedes L608D D/ 35/ 2 with her first registration on 01-01-1982 in Portugal.
- Registered a B CATEGORY 3. 5T vehicle - meaning, can be driven with a regular car licence.
- She has 293xxx KM on a original OM314 Engine.
- She's registered on PORTUGUESE REG PLATES
- She's ALL ROAD LEGAL with all documentation in my name.
- Registered at 2110 KG Weight.
- The current platform is 4 meters long and 2 meters wide. It is a recovery truck platform, very strong. Can be used to transport items or install a wooden cabin/ or any other type of box directly on it. Can also be removed for any other projects.

- All legal with documents, insurance and annual inspection in my name.
- Chassis/ frame is mint, zero, zero rust. Not like many others around, especially those from the UK or The Netherlands… I speak with experience.
- The engine starts on button every time and runs like a clock. The gears shift as expected, including the 1st special crawling gear.
- The air brake system is super sharp and works extremely well with strong power. No need to look into that job which is pretty common for the 508 and 608.
- The cabin is in good condition with just a few rust spots (nothing rotten though) The cabin this is the part that will need more attention as the paint is not the best, it was brush painted at some point in her life, seals need to be replaced and the interior of the cabin needs a small refurbishment to make it sharp again.
- All 7 wheels are present and the 6 rolling tyres are in good condition. The spare tyre is still the original one so it is too old.
- The starter relay has been cleaned and refurbished and works sharp.
- The starter motor works sharp every time and the alternator is charging the batteries as it should
- There are 2 new batteries installed.
I'm looking to get 3800 euros for her. I good bargain I would say! No chassi rust in this baby like all the UK and NL ones
Original, unmodified L608D in very good state overall.
