Very tidy car for its age and mileage (316K)

Brand new battery. Recently serviced.
Starts immediately and runs and shifts gear well. Easily keeps up with modern traffic.
There is no significant rust though the car does have a few blemishes here and there commensurate with age and mileage.
Running on excellent condition Hannook tyres on steel wheels; also comes with a set of four Volvo Virgo alloy wheels (the best looking wheels IMHO!)
The tyres on these alloy wheels will need replacing before road use.
It was fitted with a new (reconditioned) rear axle by its previous owner in 2021.
The interior is in good condition and car currently has an original Volvo dog guard fitted. This is easily removed and the original rear seat head rests are included with the sale.

This is a very tidy and useable 30 year old car.
I bought it in Dec 2021 and have used it for both short and long journeys. It has proved itself to be extremely reliable.
It is not immaculate but it is way better than the average 240 of this age
I looked at many cars before buying this one and have not regretted buying it.
