This is an SE model not S . Lovely Mercedes W108 . One Gentleman owned from new , although selling garage did register the vehicle so log book shows 2 previous owners . 70k genuine miles . Original green log book , data card , blue MB warranty card , all MB manuals that were supplied new with car . The car is solid underneath with no rust or rot , it has a couple of small professional repairs , bodywork is in excellent condition with only a few very small spots of rust showing under the paintwork . The interior is as good as you could get in a 52 years old car , no marks , tears or any sign of wear . The car starts first time and drives very well with auto box changing as it should , brakes are excellent .
Recent works include 4 new tyres , new exhaust from mid to rear , new front brake discs and pads ( last week ) and fairly recent callipers , new HT leads and distributor cap.
P/ X considered
There are a number of old receipts with the car , but unfortunately most of its history got lost when the family were tidying out the house , mileage and owners can’t obviously be guaranteed. Quite a rare car these days and such a pleasure to drive , way ahead of its time and Mercedes at the top of their game . car has had a colour change some time ago it’s probably one shade away from Beige I’ll add a photo of inside rear door where new and old colours can be seen , not much difference .
