Engine rebuilt 2018/ 19 by TR Enterprises Limited to fast road specification, and rebuilt again 2021/ 22 by JG Engineering Limited of Salisbury
Engine now includes JE forged pistons, ported & polished gas-flowed cylinder head, unleaded conversion, block line-bored & fitted with cam bearings, big bore cam followers, Piper (yellow) camshaft, hardened rocker shaft, balanced crankshaft assembly, 123 bluetooth programmable distributor (controlled by 123 Tune+ App), uprated double-spring competition clutch, electronic tachometer, 6-3-2 extractor exhaust system, twin silencers, Bosch fuel pump and over-throttle conversion. Complete Lucas mechanical fuel injection metering unit/ control unit renewed 2022 Standard gearbox with overdrive on 2nd, 3rd & 4th
