1972 Tr6 2. 5L Converted to Twin SU Carburettors for reliability
This beautiful TR6 has had a body off restoration about 10 years ago with bills and invoices from a Bristol specialist over £17k was spent and as with many fully restored classic cars it was cherished and not driven far by the previous owner. This 6 is in excellent condition inside and out, body paint, chrome and trim, the underside and chassis are painted, clean and rust free.
The car has benefited from many improvements some as listed below.
New Burr Elm dashboard with bespoke changes and door caps
Matching three spoke chrome and wood steering wheel.
New Carpets and Triumph rubber carpet covers.

Dash top chrome ashtray - interchangeable with

Original fitted period Motorola Radio (working but static reception Zas FM switch off, could be converted to bluetooth).

Lovely car to drive mechanically perfect engine as all transmission refurbished with photos and bills. Car can be driven anywhere we took it on a continental tour last year of some 1300 miles. Cons. There was a small hole in the rear of the hood where a nut in the frame had pinched it, it has a patch so no issues with water ingress but a new hood was on my list to do before Summer. (£340 Heavy duty Vinyl or £ 780 Mohair).
