Autosleeper Camper, on the road only used occasionally for day trips and needs caring home. interior was removed to enable extensive proffesional welding of the vehicle structure which is sound. fridge cooker sink. 4 berth pop top roof 240 hook up (I have not reconnected the fridge to the 240v supply since the rebuild as have only used it for the odd day trip) bodwork is in need of attention but the structure is sound it has been variously hand painted to protect it and could really do with tidying up the worst bit is above the windscreen and I have left this so you can see what is needed certainly needs to be made water tight with filler at least)
Drives ok though syncromesh not there between first and second gear, nearside king pin has end float which would benefit from re-shiming.
Nickname is Tatty ... would likley be great for a new enthusiastic owner as is a useable camper with lots of potential!
Note Milage is a typo, should read 93, 602
Featured in piston heads shed of the week christmas 2009 I belive the listing is still available online and a search for layland sherpa camper will often result in photos of her over the years as these are very unusual campers. My son said it attracted a lot of attention when he used it to crew festivals.
