DESCRIPTION: A rare chance to get hold of an iconic 1978 GT250 B model without paying a fortune. Declared new at first registration in the UK, the GT250 was Suzuki's ground breaking model that shattered the 100mph barrier. An impressive feat for a 247cc bike, even by today's standards! While originally intended for restoration, the previous owner was unable to complete the project. Currently thrown back together for visibility in a YouTube video and photos, the bike retains its matching original VIN and engine numbers as verified by the logbook. As a historic vehicle, it's exempt from tax and MOT. The odometer shows 8, 488 miles, believed genuine but unverifiable due to the lack of service or MOT records. Mostly complete but possibly missing a few parts, should make an easy & very worthwhile project. Obviously sold for spares or repairs without warranty. A true collector's item, this desirable classic deserves the effort to be brought back to its former glory and would be a valuable addition to any collection when completed.
