2018 'Redditch Edition' Royal Enfield Classic 500 in superb condition and just 4850 miles from new.
This is a lovely bike to ride, giving much of the 'feel' of a fifties single yet with what has proven 100% reliability. Fuel economy is an easy 85 mpg if not better.
In my ownership I have added an OEM rack. The original passenger seat is easily fitted if/ when required (see last photo).
The bike is fitted with a quality after market silencer that sounds just right. It is certainly not too loud, but I do have a quick fit baffle if you prefer a quieter running bike.
The rear number plate currently displays a black/ white version and can easily be replaced with the standard legal yellow/ black one when needed.
Bar mounted analogue clock.
A Hitchock's stainless steel head steady is fitted.
The gearbox sprocket is an 18T to reduce revs at higher speeds.
I would describe the condition as excellent with little if any corrosion.
Current MOT runs to 16th June 2024. I will arrange a new MOT if required.
Complete with RE Owners manual, FSH and 2 keys.

I bought this bike because I had always hankered after a traditional Briitish single, but didn't fancy the problems inherent in a 70 year old bike. The Enfield has not disappointed. I have not had a single issue with it.
The bike starts easily either by button or kick start. At 55 -60mph it just purrs along all day. truly delightful.
Only selling because I'm getting on and I have my eye on a bike that I'd love to own before I hang up my gloves and helmet.
