History - The Jaguar XK150 is a classic sports car produced by Jaguar from 1957 to 1961, succeeding the XK140. Of the 2, 265 Open 2 Seater Roadster versions built, only 888 featured the high-performance 150S 3. 4 Litre engine, delivering 250 bhp (186 kW; 253 PS). This specific model was manufactured on November 6, 1958, and shipped to Jaguar Cars in New York on November 17, 1958, with its first owner being Mr. H. Okoda from New York.
This matching numbers car (confirmed by its Heritage Certificate) has Chassis number: T831688DN and Engine number: VS1437-9. It is an exceptionally well-preserved example, showing a very low mileage of 65, 447. In 2009, it underwent a complete engine overhaul by marque specialist Roger Morrison in Salina, Kansas, before being returned to Europe. It then became part of a prestigious classic car collection maintained by Finest Sports & Historic Cars in Lingen, North Germany.
