This beautifully presented Smoke Silver Mercedes Benz 300SL was registered new on the 3rd June 1988 and has covered just 30500 miles from new. Vikings of Canterbury supplied the SL and maintained it for many years. The original service book records services from the supplying dealership at 774, 2502, 5597, 6239, 6407, 8058, 14355, 16395, 18114 and 19330 miles. Further services complete a full history with stamps in the book at 20504, 27182, 29200 and 29516 miles – the latter being carried out by the SL Shop when they supplied the car to the most recent owner in 2020. Since then the SL has covered little over 1000 miles and was serviced at 29861 miles.
E789 BKK comes with its original manuals, excellent hard top, top quality hood, spare keys, MOT's dating back to the 1990's and a comprehensive folder of service receipts. The car is an incredibly correct, showroom quality example with exceptional bodywork and paint. This is a very low mileage car and condition is commensurate with the impressive mileage. The six cylinder engine is incredibly smooth, the gearbox shifts up and down the gearbox perfectly and with subline handling, light steering and sharp brakes, the SL is a delight .
