Description

The Bullnose Morris Cowley, and its more expensive, better-equipped stablemate the Oxford, were among the most popular cars of the 1920s. Morris cars were originally built from bought-in components. As production grew through the 1920s these outside suppliers were gradually absorbed by Morris. Annual sales grew rapidly, from 6937 cars in 1922 to 32, 939 by the time this car was built in 1924. A year later Morris accounted for 41% of new cars in Britain.

This Bullnose Morris Cowley was first registered in Carlisle on the 30th June 1926, in more recent times it has spent a number is years in Kent before finding its way to Norfolk.

The engine is very sweet and runs lovely, it has had a 12V coil conversion, there is no frost damage and all fluids are in the correct places.

The drivetrain is in excellent order and very quiet, it goes along nicely and is easy to drive. It has good tyres all round and handles well.

The car is an older restoration so the paintwork isn't immaculate but does shine well, the body is very solid and the woodwork is in good shape.

The interior is very nice, the dicky seat is original with no rips or tares, the hood is in good order and water tight.

We do have a history file and the V5 is present.
