Production of Aston Martin's Vanquish ended with the Newport Pagnell factory's closure, and this Vanquish S is one of the last completed, manufactured on 31st January 2007. As well as being a very late car, it went to Aston Martin Works to have the troublesome automatic gearbox replaced with their six-speed manual transmission, making it immeasurably more desirable as a result.
The Vanquish was delivered via Aston Martin Munich on 12th February 2007, subsequently spending time in Belgium before being exported to Switzerland in 2017. Finished in Onyx Black with Obsidian Black primary and secondary leathers, black stitching and black Alcantara quilted headliner and seat inserts, it oozes understated menace and purpose.
Our vendor purchased the Vanquish in 2020 and has barely driven the car since. Nevertheless it has been carefully stored and serviced every year, the most recently in May 2025. Accompanying documentation includes its Swiss Carte Grise; old Luxembourg registration papers; Certificate of Conformity; Certificate of Origin; and the original service book (up to date).
