Good spec F25 X3 , SE with optioned 18’ wheels, wide screen sat nav, DAB, full phone and music streaming Bluetooth and power tailgate. This in addition to the usual standard spec. Leather full climate 4x electric windows etc . The car has had a new egr and airbag fitted by BMW.
It’s the x-drive model which means 4x4 with hill decent control and is surprisingly capable in snow. The timing chain was replaced in February 2024 by the dealer I bought it from and the receipt is here.
Very useful car almost as roomy as an X6 ( bigger inside than my wife’s 5 Series) but good on fuel . My average over 18 months has been 38/ 39mpg- on a gentle run it will show mid to high 40s The perfect “an car” not exciting but comfy, safe and reliable, Just right as the sensible car in the fleet- which brings me to why it’s for sale; I’ve signed up for a hybrid Kia on my company scheme, already regretting it to be honest, not a patch on the quality or driving dynamics of the X3.
If anybody wants to trade a nice XJ6 or Granada cash either way , I’m all ears.
It’ll be the 14 plate and I’ll add more pictures later when I pick it up from BMW- hopefully they’ll have cleaned it.
