This car has had extensive restoration work over the years. During 2015 well over 15k was spent which consisted of a full engine rebuild, supply of new chassis, external and internal respray. New painted GRP/ perpex Surrey backlight and soft top plus many more consumable items.
At the time of restoration a modified twin carburettor replaced the original fuel injection along with other tweaks to give improved performance and make it a great drivers car. The seats were replaced with original US ones and re-trimmed at the time and a gloss black dash inlay finished this slightly bespoke TR6.
The present owner purchased in 2018 at a cost of over 32k and has carried on the same high level of maintenance with over 7k of work carried out.
There is a large file of invoices and paperwork that documents the work carried out to give the new owner piece of mind and represents excellent value for money.
