Mr Darcy's are offering for sale, this lovely example of the XJ40. This one was originally registered in Sacramento (Original plates with car). It was imported to Uk in 2011 where it was fully maintained and used until 2020 where it was imported to Ireland. The last owner has had it since 2022, whereupon it had over €2000 spent on works to prepare it for a tour across Southern Europe which it completed with no issues reported. This lovely Jag is in excellent condition, with host of history from US, UK, and Ireland, and has a current NCT/ MOT up to July 2026. A lot of car for the money. Everything on this car is working as it should, and the A/ C is ice cold. It comes with a set of chromed wheels, which would need attention. They could be re chromed, or sand blasted, as the original center caps are present. The headlights were upgraded for RHD, but has the original LHD lights come with the car. The interior is immaculate, to include carpets, headliner, and door cards. This Jag will make a great classic car, or could even be used for touring in EU due to being a LHD.
