We purchased this earlier this year
The vehicle came off the road in 2004
The vehicle was then put in a secure heated garage.
In 2025, the family of the owner who sadly passed away in 2004 decided to put the car up for sale step in us as we purchased it
The vehicle was incredibly original however we have had to attend to some minor paint work issues ( laquer peel ) sympathetically get it started and go through a process of recommissioning looking at the history file that had a lot of work done at Mercedes shortly before the gentleman passed away. There are handwritten notes and quotes from Mercedes at that time. . We have a list of the works we have so far attended too
We currently have the heater being replaced as it is seized and then hopefully our journey of recommissioning is over . It looks lovely and in my opinion one of the straightest most original examples you’ll find out there.
Being just one private owner makes this car in our opinion super rare .
This vehicle has had just one private owner from new .
It has been off the road in a garage at the property of the daughter of the first owner who has sadly passed away a number of years ago.

This vehicle has full Mercedes-Benz service history all at the same garage. Lost serviced a year before it went into storage..
We have had the drivers seat repaired as part of the material had Frayed through age it has been to a professional Trimmer
We have also had the door cards all off and refurbished the interior presents beautifully.
All of the wheels have been professionally refurbished .
