Description
This VW Golf GTI 16V was first registered on June 22, 1990, in Catania (Sicily) and spent its entire active life in the neighboring town of Giarre, where it was regularly serviced at a local Volkswagen workshop.
In 2022, the vehicle came into the possession of a collector near Vienna, who took over the Golf with great respect for its originality. After bringing the GTI from Italy, the first service was carried out on September 12, 2022, at a mileage of 38, 860 km. Since then, the car has hardly been driven and now has a mileage of only 39, 218 km. The service booklet is complete, all entries are available and prove the exceptionally low mileage.
The GTI is in its original paintwork, has never been in an accident and has never been restored – a rare witness to its era in its original factory configuration.
