Just arrived at South Norfolk Classics
1971 Triumph TR6 CP 150 BHP UK car with overdrive gearbox.
A really lovely car finished in Triumph paint code 55 ( Laurel Green ) with Brand new Black interior and a Black Mohair hood with nice clear windows.
Running on a lovely set of powder coated 15” wire wheels with excellent virtually new matching Continental tyres.
Driving exceptionally well with a lovely smooth straight six CP 150 BHP engine running 55-60 psi even when warm. The CP variant is the best engine available in a TR6 as later cars (CR) were down tuned to 125 BHP, the gear change is nice and smooth with instantly functioning overdrive.
The underside is totally solid and going forward should not require anything other than a regular coat of Waxoil / Lanoguard.
The TR comes with a full tonneau cover as well as the smaller hood cover, there are various spares in the boot too.
The paperwork is vast with bills and receipts showing circa £20000 of expenditure as well as owners manuals, handbooks, workshop manuals etc.
In our opinion this is the best colour combination for a TR6 and the most desirable as it is a UK 150 car so please do not delay.
