Dreamily well-preserved original W111 coupé in DB268 dark green with cognac-colour leather upholstery.
The vehicle was newly registered on 24 March 1969 by its first owner (a physician) in Düsseldorf.
The original service booklet is present and has been kept conscientiously. Numerous maintenance records from the Düsseldorf branch can be found in it.
The original data card is also present.
At the end of the 1980s the doctor finally retired and moved to the Bavarian Allgäu.
His 280 SE coupé he kept with him and had it thereafter serviced at the Mercedes-Benz dealership Schnebele Gemeinder.
Only in 2008 did the doctor part with his vehicle. The new owner of the W111, which at that time had only 73, 652 km on the clock, was an employee of the very Daimler-Benz dealership that had known and serviced the car for decades.
Since then only about 11, 000 km have been added.
The vehicle remains largely in its original paint.
The interior captivates with charming patina and the incomparable scent of Roser leather.
In this condition and, on top of that, in one of the most beautiful colour combinations – a true rarity!
