Finding an example that has escaped the typical modifications & high-mileage wear of the early 2000s is difficult; finding one with this level of documented provenance is nearly impossible.
History
This 1999 fuel-injected model represents the final & most refined iteration of the SRAD series.
Originally supplied by Highway Motorcycles in Wolverhampton, it has been cherished throughout its life, with a service record that is quite simply outstanding.
The bike has been maintained with a “no expense spared” attitude, evidenced by a consistent string of service stamps and MOTs that validate the remarkably low mileage.

Body & Paintwork
Finished in the bold Black & Red colour scheme, the bodywork presents beautifully. The paint retains a deep, factory gloss, & the “SRAD” graphics remain crisp & free from the usual fading or peeling.
Unlike many examples, this bike remains all original. It retains the factory correct indicators, screen, & exhaust system, details that are critical for the serious collector. The iconic “hump” rear seat cowl is present & correct, giving the bike its unmistakable racing silhouette.
Interior & Trim
All trim is very good condition.
Obviously things such as the handlebar grips are showing very minimal wear with only 14k miles.
The top yoke is in great condition (often marked by keys in the ignition flapping around on to the top yoke), bar ends are undamaged, and the bike shows zero signs of ever being dropped.
Engine
The 750cc inline-four is the heart of the SRAD’s legend. Being a 1999 model, it benefits from the digital fuel injection system, providing much sharper throttle response & reliability than the earlier carburetted bikes.
The engine starts & runs exactly as a low-mileage Suzuki should, the gearbox is tight & precise, delivering an unfiltered 90s superbike experience.
Running Gear
As with the rest of the bike, the running gear is all original & in great order.
Suspension & brakes feel fantastic, with superb braking performance & handling.
