Description
MG Midget MkIII 1275cc in the rare original MG colour of Aqua.
Last year of the Chrome bumper Midgets which also has the round wheel arches.
Major restoration recently completed.
Body stripped and any rust cut out and new panels fitted including wings, bonnet, etc. Then repainted in an original 70’s MG colour of Aqua. Adjusted to accommodate more leg room than normal.
Chrome is all excellent.
Some discreet modern upgrades:-
Electronic ignition. Hi torq starter, and charger socket.
Rebuilt engine – everything renewed.
Brake & clutch reservoir & cylinder replaced
New Clutch with a Remote bleed kit for clutch
New single carb HIF 44 & correct Titan motorsport manifold for improved torque.
New battery
Dash painted in Aqua.
Seats re covered. New grey trim set. Brand new hood just fitted.
New Mountney steering wheel.
New 14 inch wheels with 165/ 70/ 14 Uniroyal tyres. Spare wheel is a standard Rostyle.
Boot area fully carpeted.
Will be fully serviced and have a new 12 months MOT.
