1958 AJS 600 Model 30
Previous owner did the following..
Re-conditioned dynamo and magneto, new plugs, plug caps, HT leads and pickups.
New Amal Monobloc carb, correctly jetted
New oil filter, drive chain and all fluids
New Avon tyres/ tubes
Bike was rewired, has a 12v negative earth dynamo with Led bulbs
Regulator replaced with AO Services solid state one
New rear speedo drive and cable and all rear wheel bearings changed.
Bike starts easily and idles nicely; it rides well with no untoward noises. The gearbox is a typical good AMC type, selects all the gears nicely.
Mileage is showing as 12102 and previous owner believed mileage was correct.
Supplied with a new Rob Swift easy-lift centre stand still in box ready to be fitted.
