This moped belonged to my late father and was last used in 1979. Since that date it has had periods of storage under cover and outside. As you can see from the photos it is very rusty with most of the rubber bits perished.
In order to be used again it would require a full nut and bolt restoration. Alternatively it may be suitable as a source of spare parts for another project.
This moped is not currently registered with the DVLA and so comes with no documentation. This is because when the DVLA centralised and computerised it's records (many years ago) this vehicle was off the road and not taxed. Hence it was never registered under the revised system. Therefore if the new owner wished to get it back on the road they would have to get it registered with the DVLA.
I do have the original maintenance and instruction manual though.
The moped is currently located at my mothers address in Ipswich, Suffolk, and the buyer would need to collect from there.
