Highly original and complete car, with perfect patina, originating in the dry state of Arizona, this car has absolutely zero structural rust anywhere. Other than a dusting of light surface rust (no pitting), the car is as solid as the day it left the factory. Looks fabulous as is, or head straight for the paintshop, you'll not find a more rust free car!
All trim is present and in good order, including the interior, though obviously the upholstery is in need of refurbishment. All glass and lights are present and in good condition too. Factory fitted with the legendary Nailhead motor, backed with the original autobox, the car has benefitted from a full suspension bush and braking system rebuild already. you can come and test drive the car no problem, though obviously she is in need of a little fettling to bring her fully back to her best.
You could go two different ways with this car. You'll not find a more solid base for what should be a straightforward cosmetic restoration, which would result in a stunning example of late 50's American engineering, as well as at least doubling the value of the car. or, do what i was going to do, and lower it, throw some Mexican blankets over the interior, and drive the wheels off it! Either way, you'll have a whole lot of fun!
