Rare classic 2 stroke scooter, made in Germany 1960. Original UK market scooter.
Operates like a classic British bike- left hand clutch, right foot brake, left foot heel and toe gear change. 25, 500 miles, matching numbers. Good condition but not perfect cosmetically, but very solid. Has been restored sometime in the not to distant past by a previous owner.
It's nice to ride and being 200cc it copes well with a pillion. Good for 55mph+ wind permitting. Starts and runs fine, ultra reliable german machine. Superior engineering compared to Italian scooters of the same era.
Comes with a fresh 12 months MOT, tax exempt. It returns good mpg and benefits from extremely low cost classic insurance (£50 ish) making it very cheap and very cool summer fun.
Reluctant sale as I have just bought a classic car and sadly now have no space for the scooter in the garage...
