Classic Mercedes R107 450SL with automatic transmission. This clean white SL has covered 142. 000 mls, with a stamped service book.
The body of this Mercedes is in very good, rust free condition. One respray car, with a shiny paint finish that looks very presentable. Very few imperfections can be found on this well-cared for SL. The left hand sill moulding needs to be refitted with new plastic plugs. Also, the striping is visible on some areas and faded / polished out in others.
This Mercedes' interior is in good original condition. Black vinyl MB tex upholstery and clean factory carpets. No cracks in the dashboard or upholstery. Its black cloth soft top is in very good condition. Factory hard top in good condition, with clean headlining and original paint (small blemishes).
The 450SL runs and drives very well. Recent service included new engine and transmission oil, front brake pads and middle exhaust silencer. As with most cars of its age, it has a few points of attention. The AC does not work and there is a slight oil leak between engine and transmission. Also, the front suspension would benefit from some new rubber parts. Wheels and tyres are in very good condition.
This Mercedes can be inspected on appointment in our shop in Sint Anthonis, the Netherlands. It comes with a US title (California) and EU import documents (duties paid). Delivery throughout Europe can be arranged at extra costs.
