This 1965 Pontiac started life as a Tempest Custom convertible and was lovingly transformed into a GTO tribute. She's powered by a period-correct Pontiac 389 V8 fortified with Ram Air exhaust manifolds, a Holley 670cfm carburetor, HEI, a Desert Cool aluminum radiator, and a Butler Pontiac one piece rear main seal. Other goodies include a TH350 automatic transmission, power front disc brakes, power steering, new shock absorbers, power top, correct GTO Parchment interior, 5 matching Hurst wheels with Red Line tires, and a JVC stereo that is concealed in the glovebox. This is an extremely well-built and comfortable cruiser that could travel to either coast without effort.
