1989 Mercedes-Benz 190E
This 190E has had just one owner since new.
Bought new from Edgware Road Mercedes on the first of August 1989, it remained in the same husband and wife’s ownership until they passed away, and remained a faithful servant for the 28 years they had the car.
An injected 2-litre automatic model finished in the perfect colour combination of Nautic Blue metallic with a Mushroom interior. Unusually it has a full leather interior – this is rare on the W201 chassis and very desirable.
On the road, running and driving with a new MoT, Pirelli tyres all round and a recent battery. 94k Miles
Requires bodywork and tidying as it has plenty of scrapes and dings but appears solid. Registered as Cat C in 2006 and Cat D in 2016.
All books/ manuals with the car along with the service book containing 9 stamps. We believe there was a folder of invoices/ receipts pertaining to more recent services but this had not been found when we acquired the car.
A great project to use and improve.
