Offered for sale is a low mileage Mercedes 450SL from sunny California. This elegant roadster is rust free and still wears its factory original paint. A beautiful combination of a silver blue exterior and a blue leather interior.
The body of this Mercedes is in excellent condition. Factory original paint on most panels. It shows a few minor touch up areas, but is generally in very presentable condition.
On the inside, the car is as original and clean as on the outside. Blue leather seats in good condition and factory orignal blue carpets. The dashboard top has a few repaired cracks - a result from the warm summer sun. The cloth soft top is in very good condition. Factory hard top in good condition, with clean headlining and original paint.
The car runs and drives smoothly, as you would expect from a well-cared for R107. The engine room looks clean and well serviced. Unfortunately, the service history of this Mercedes is missing. The previous owner claimed an original mileage of 47. 918 on the title (declared under the laws of the State of California). He has owned the car since 2003. We have done an extensive service check up in our workshop: new oil, oil filter, fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors and injector seals, front shocks and valve cover gaskets.
This Mercedes can be inspected on appointment in our shop in Sint Anthonis, the Netherlands. It comes with a US title (California) and EU import documents (duties paid). Delivery throughout Europe can be arranged at extra costs.
