Mercedes-Benz built their iconic W113 from 1963 – 1971. The lead designers were Paul Bracq and Béla Barényi, who created its distinctive, patented, slightly concave hardtop, which inspired the ‘Pagoda’ nickname. All models were equipped with an inline-six cylinder engine with multi-port fuel injection. The bonnet, trunk lid, door skins and tonneau cover were made of aluminum to reduce weight. The comparatively short and wide chassis, combined with an excellent suspension, powerful brakes and radial tires gave the W113 superb handling for its time.
The Classic Car Company is delighted to present this is a highly original, matching numbers example.

The car remains in its original factory colour combination of White grey (158) and dark blue (135) interior and soft top. Its originality is further supported by factory welds, original factory wings, authentic engine bay and near perfect panel gaps.

The bodywork is pristine, as is the interior. And the car is in full mechanical working order. We have just carried out an engine service and tune up, including new spark plugs. The braking system has also been over hauled with rebuilt rear calipers, and adjustments made to the servo linkages and brake pedal. And a fresh MOT has been obtained.
Its rare that such an original and well kept RHD Pagoda comes onto the market - so a viewing is a must!
