The Mercedes 280SE 3, 5 is the top of the line in the W111 body style. Now with the 3, 5l V8 engine developing 200hp. It is a big car, but Mercedes managed to still make a very beautiful coupe out of it.
Exterior: The Mercedes 280SE 3, 5 looks stunning in the DB 834 moss green colour. The contrast of the brown leather inside and the perfect chrome details makes this W111 stand out. As you can see on the pictures below this car has been the subject of a complete restoration. There has been no compromising and only a perfect result with this Mercedes looking as close to a new original car was acceptable. The car is probably one of the best in the market with perfect gaps, all new rubber everywhere, stunning chrome work.
Interior: As you can see the interior is complete new. Leather, wood carpets etc etc. Original Becker radio. That big sunroof creates a wonderful open feeling in the car. Please note that all materials are Mercedes original standard and quality.
Engine: Engine starts right away and has good oil pressure. It was rebuilt with new pistons and bearings. 4 speed manual gearbox makes this W111 wonderful to drive.
History: This is a European model but appears to have spend a few years in America. Before getting this full restoration and registration here in Swede. The restoration was completed in the spring of 2018. The body was painted 4 years ago. After the restoration the odometer was reset. Every single piece on this car has either been replaced with a new one or reworked to like new condition. Comes with original handbook.
